What Case Managers can expect when instructing The Rehab Team?

It is essential for us to be able to provide case managers with the assurance that we can meet their client’s needs with a highly specialist and professional occupational therapist who is able to respond urgently to their referral and is committed to providing best practice intervention on a regular basis.

We ensure that all of our occupational therapists have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience, working as qualified occupational therapists for statutory services based in the UK. This includes working in an acute NHS setting, or in the community for a primary care group or social services. This work experience provides the fundamental skills and knowledge for all therapists at the start of their careers.

Our occupational therapists must be able to demonstrate, advanced clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills based on their past work experiences. They are expected to write comprehensive reports and articulate their professional opinions and recommendations to both the client, case managers and solicitors. Our occupational therapists are creative and innovative in their approach to rehabilitation, ensuring each treatment session is purposeful and meaningful to the client.

Our therapists adhere to the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Occupational Therapists. We work as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate with our instructing case managers on a regular basis, producing update reports when necessary.

The Rehab Team is committed to providing an excellent professional rehabilitation service to case managers and solicitors, at an affordable and competitive price.
