Lisa is an exceptional occupational therapist and accredited hand therapist. She qualified as an occupational therapist in 2002 and now works in the NHS, working autonomously as an extended-scope practitioner alongside several hand surgeons.
Lisa is currently undertaking a Master's in Advanced Healthcare at Cardiff University. She is an experienced hand therapist who is able to assess and treat a wide range of hand and upper limb conditions, including trauma injuries, elective hand surgery, and chronic upper limb conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. She is competent at fabricating bespoke static and dynamic splints and recommending suitable upper limb aids and appliances.
Lisa is a highly dedicated professional who is committed to maintaining and developing her clinical skills. She is a member of the British Association of Hand Therapy and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
